This was built and designed around 1995. It's an original design, and one of toys I'm most proud of.
Before building, I first looked at some real trucks and photos to get an idea of the proper proportions. I then modeled it in a 3D program to get the sizes correct, using some of the manufactured wheels to determine the sizes. That also helped make sure the trailer box would clear the cab correctly on a turn.
